Common Challenges & FlexiFit Solutions

Pipe showing biofouling before and after treatment

Biofouling Control

Preventing marine growth in seawater cooling systems, pipework, and intakes is critical for offshore operations. Our electrochlorination systems provide continuous, effective dosing of sodium hypochlorite to eliminate biofouling organisms, ensuring optimal heat exchanger efficiency and system flow.

Space & Access Constraints (Retrofits)

Replacing aging systems often involves navigating tight doorways and limited footprints. The FlexiFit's modular design allows components to be easily moved and installed in constrained spaces without blocking maintenance access. Use our 3D configurator to optimize placement, or choose a fully assembled skid for single-lift installation where possible.
